  • Eligibility: You must be nominated or sponsored and receive an invitation to apply.

  • Duration: 5 years.

  • Pathway to Permanent Residency: Eligible to apply for the Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) Visa after living in a regional area for three years.

a. Subclass 482 - Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) Visa
